Our Mission
Our mission is to create educational and professional opportunities for women of
diverse backgrounds that are traversing any sort of vulnerable situation or have
fallen victims to systematic violence. Our social programs focus on art, design,
fashion, and art therapy initiatives, and while our goal is to provide financial
support to participants, we also strive to generate the confidence and skills
required to catapult our participants into a sustainable future of economic
independence.
Our current programming supports women from the Sur Oriente community of
Ciudad Juarez, migrant women from El Salvador, Ecuador, Guatemala,
Venezuela, and other Mexican states just to name a few. We are also in solidarity
with women belonging to the indigenous Raramuri community, creating networks
of economic support amongst diverse groups of women.
Our Vision
We believe that women are the backbone of our communities, economies, and countries. Hailing from Ciudad Juarez Mexico, which is known for its systematic violence against women in contexts of vulnerability, we envision a day when all women in our community can enjoy safe working conditions regardless of their socio-economic conditions, race or origin.
Rooted in the struggle of the women that have been fighting against to the violence in
our community, NI EN MORE ́s purpose is to create networks of support between women,
solidarity-economy model and skills that can contribute long term financial
independence.
We believe in the transformative power of economically empowering women - especially those that were once amongst the most vulnerable in our city.
Our vision and purpose is to create opportunities for different generations to come, because as research has shown, if you educate a girl then you educate a whole nation.
Our Commitment to Transparency
How does a non-profit organization work?
The main objective of our social programs is to benefit our direct community, not generate a profit. This means that all of our proceeds are reinvested into the organization, allowing us to expand the reach of our social benefit programs.

We do not profit from work or images related to indigenous communities, women in vulnerable situations, or any of our participants. Our goal is to recognize and empower the fight, not generate profit. We oppose any cultural practices that exploit laborers and their culture, which is we are committed to continuously challenge colonial narratives in our own operation methods.
