Sewá means flower in Raramuri. Numbered, one of a kind dress, in 100 % cotton, individually colored with botanical dyes. Bohemian, loose fit maxi dress. Easy to dress up and down. Wearable all year around. Each dress comes with one of our protest badges.

You can now pre-order our Sewá dresses with short sleeves and midi-length. Delivery time is 3 weeks.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged upon receipt or if you require a different size.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.

Damaged Fabric:

If you receive an item with damaged fabric, you have two options:

  1. Replacement: You may choose to receive a replacement of the same item if available, or a different piece from our collection at the same price point.
  2. Refund: Alternatively, you can opt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Exchange for Different Size:

If you need a different size, you may exchange your item subject to the following conditions:

  1. Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the new size.
  2. Processing Time: Please note that since our items are custom-made, it may take upwards of a month for the new piece to be shipped out.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at hello@nienmore.org within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue or reason for return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds:

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.

Additional Information:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Items purchased through a sale or promotion may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged.
  • Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
