In 2023 we started offering free sewing clases in the community center of Fray Garcia de San Francisco located in one of the neighborhoods that has been impacted by violence in Ciudad Juárez. Hilda Ortega who has been fellow from NI EN MORE in the past 5 years is teaching pattern making and companion a group of women of different ages and developing community projects through design, up cycling and sewing techniques.
